We need very basic data that cannot be used for any fraudulent transaction on your card. For registration, we only require your card number, the issuing bank name, and your name as it appears on the card. Do note that we do not ask for your card expiry date and CVV no. for card registration.
For security reasons and to safeguard your interests, we recommend that you must call us to block your cards & do all actions on OA platforms using your registered email ID & phone number.
OneAssist will send you a communication confirming the blocking of assets with reference numbers wherever available from the Bank or the provider. Your peace of mind is our priority and we will endeavour to block all your lost assets very quickly. Some card issuers may also send you a separate confirmation on your registered phone number (registered with the Bank) about the card blocking request.
